Project Methodology

Because we want our training to be fun for the participants and develop them in a nurturing atmosphere, we consider that the project brief and design are crucial in achieving the desired results. That's why we consider what we need to achieve first then design the training around it.

Each project has a named project manager who oversees the design and delivery and that separation means we always have a way of assessing the project other than by the team members involved directly.

We have also developed a 10 stage project process with each stage being capable of evaluation. This was developed in conjunction with certain corporate clients, take a look at our Project Methodology

However this process is only suitable in certain situations and all other forms of project development and evaluation are individual to each client from a ½ day awareness workshop to a full qualification programme.
